RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS


If for any reason, you believe the product is faulty/defective in any way, you may request an exchange of the opened product.
 Myo Ball PTY LTD will exchange a faulty/defect product if it is found there was a production error. This does not apply where a defect has been caused by careless or improper handling, non-adherence to operating instructions, improper installation, other abuse or misuse caused by the Customer or a third party or by fair wear and tear.

 

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@myoball.com.au; we may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.

 

To make a claim, you must obtain a return authorisation number by email. 
Your email must be sent within 30 days of the date recorded on the order receipt and indicate your personal details, invoice number and product, along with the reason you believe the product is faulty to info@myoball.com.au. This will enable us to allocate you a return authorisation number & inform you where to send the product believed to be faulty.

 

If it is found that the product is NOT faulty, you will be charged the postage and/or handling fees. 
If it is found that the product IS faulty, the product will be replaced and postage and/or handling will be paid for by Myo Ball PTY LTD.

While we offer Free Standard Shipping on all Australian orders, please note that if you choose to return a product for a refund, the original shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund. This amount is calculated using Australia Post’s live rates, based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

All returns are also subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Products must be in unused and undamaged condition

Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Cancellations: Due to the order processing of the Website, we cannot accept cancellations or exchanges for change of mind. Please make sure you select your product(s) carefully.
